Returns
In the event the items you purchased do not fit or meet your expectations, you may return new and worn merchandise (please test wear shoes on carpeted surfaces) within 30 days of purchase date.
1. Customer must obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number from Auri customer service. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of each box returned.
2. Items should be sent by traceable means and arrive freight prepaid by Mens-Footwear.net.
3. Merchandise must be received in good condition and in its original box.
4. Merchandise will be exchanged, or a refund given by means of your original payment method.
5. In the event of merchandise exchange, Mens-Footwear.net will return ship prepaid via ground shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
